The HCLTech Sponsored Lab at Galgotias University operates on a Train and Hire model. Students are shortlisted through rigorous technical evaluations and subsequently enrolled in specialized training programs covering cutting-edge technologies such as Java, Python, C/C++, and more.

This CoE initiative not only prepares students for full-time employment opportunities with HCLTech but also equips them with industry-relevant skills and hands-on exposure to the latest technological advancements.
