About the Programme

Industrial Automation is the use of control systems (like computers, PLCs, robotics, SCADA, etc.) and technologies to automate manufacturing, processing, or other industrial operations. It reduces manual labour, increases precision and speed, improves safety, and helps with efficiency and cost control.

Eligibility

10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or equivalent from a recognized board, with a minimum of 50% marks.

NOTE - This program has been designed in accordance with UGC AEDP Guidelines (2025), allowing a maximum of 3 semesters (1.5 years) of structured apprenticeship-based learning with a minimum stipend of 9600/ per month during the apprenticeship period.
