Dr. Pramod Kumar Pandey is currently working as Assistant Professor in the School of Media and Communication Studies (SMCS), Galgotias University. He has total experience of around 13 years of teaching Journalism and Mass Communication as Assistant Professor and as UGC-JRF. He also has around 2 years of industrial experience. He qualified UGC-NET and UGC-JRF in June and December 2014. He began his teaching career at Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad in 2011 as Lecturer and later moved to Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) in 2015. He then moved to GJU Hisar to pursue PhD as UGC-JRF in 2016. Post completion of 2 years residency in 2018, he started working in Delhi Metropolitan Education as Assistant Professor. He worked in Delhi Metropolitan Education for around six years and later joined Galgotias University.

His academic interest lies in quantitative research methods, Development Communication, Corporate Communication, Communication Theories and New Media. He is also an ardent cinema viewer and a big sports enthusiast.
