Two Days Workshop On Job Readiness

Department of Pharmacy, School of Medical & Allied Sciences, in collaboration with School of Life Long Learning Galgotias University, Uttar Pradesh has successfully organized two day workshop on Job Readiness on 6th -7th March, 2024 from 01:30 PM onwards.
B.Pharmacy final year students and faculty members of Department of Pharmacy, Galgotias University attended the eworkshop.
The event was Inaugurated with Saraswati Vandana & Lamp Lighting. Keynote Speaker Prof. Neeraj Sahani, Dean, School of Life Long Learning, Prof. SK Abdul Rahaman, Dean Department of Pharmacy, Ms. Neha Sharma, Dr. Shikha Yadav, Mr. Dhruv Vashisht, Mr. Nishant Kumar Sharma, Ms. Tanya Gupta, Mr. Bahadur Singh and Ms. Deepika Sharma were present during the lamp lighting ceremony.
Prof. SK Abdul Rahaman, Dean, Department of Pharmacy welcomed the Keynote Speaker Prof. Neeraj Sahani and Ms. Priyanka.
Dr. Neeraj Sahani discussed about the activities conducted during workshop on job readiness. Dr. Sahani and Ms. Priyanka provided an insightful session on resume building, group discussions, and personal interviews, highlighting key strategies for effective communication, presentation skills, and professional development. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable in preparing participants for career success.
Demo sessions for group discussions were also conducted, providing participants with practical experience and strategies for effective communication, teamwork, and critical thinking in a group discussion.
During the Q&A session, students asked their queries and got satisfactory answers.
The event was ended with Feedback of Participants followed by Vote of Thanks by Ms. Neha Sharma, Event Coordinator.
