Event Brief Description
The one-day event on Bhagat Singh Martyrs Day was organized on 23 March, 2023 by NSS Unit -3 Sadhana Path, supported by Galgotias University’s SDG Goal 4 towards Quality Education. The aim of the event was to remember and honour our brave army men and women along with the goal of ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.
Event Detailed Description
Martyrs Day is celebrated annually on 23rd March 2023 to remember our courageous soldiers who have sacrificed their lives for the nation. The event was organized by Unit-3 of NSS. The event took place in the B-209 seminar hall of our university.
The program started with a welcome speech and the lighting of the lamp, followed by Saraswati Vandana. Students from different departments participated in various activities including sharing stories of their hardships and hurdles, reminding everyone of the brave sacrifices made by our security personnel and instilling a sense of patriotism.
Prof. (Dr.) P. K Sharma and Prof. A. Ram Pandey delivered motivational speeches, and the event was successfully concluded by Dr. Niranjan Kaushik and Dr. Ajay Pal Singh, who shared powerful words and life lessons.
