The IEEE IAS Chapter at Galgotias University organized a highly engaging webinar on IoT (Internet of Things) and AI Edge Computing, supported by the Department of Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering (DEECE). The session was led by Dr. Deepak Dasratha Rao, an expert in power systems and intelligent systems. The event covered the fundamentals of IoT architecture, the applications of AI Edge Computing, and the challenges faced in this domain.

The webinar aimed to enhance participants' understanding of how IoT and AI Edge Computing drive technological advancements in various fields, such as healthcare and industrial automation, while addressing the critical challenges they pose.


The Webinar on IoT and AI Edge Computing, organized by the IEEE Industrial Applications Society (IAS) Chapter, provided an in-depth exploration of emerging trends and applications in IoT and AI Edge Computing. Supported by the Department of Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering (DEECE), the session attracted over 50 participants, including students and faculty, eager to learn about these transformative technologies.
