The Centre for Research in Environmental Law and Sustainability (CRELS), School of Law, Galgotias University, successfully organized a distinguished guest lecture onJanuary 11, 2025. The event featured Adv. Arjav Jain, an expert in corporate and individual litigation at the Supreme Court of India, who recently contributed to a landmark case in family law litigation.
His engaging discourse on Climate Change Litigation explored global legal trends and highlighted practical case applications in environmental law. Students gain deep insights into sustainable legal practices and strategies to address pressing climate challenges.
