Publications
School of Hospitality and Tourism (SOHT) contributes to research and publication in a few different ways:
Faculty Research: Teachers at SOHT study topics like tourism trends, how to manage hotels and restaurants better, or how to make tourism more sustainable. They write articles and books about their findings.
Student Research: Students at SOHT might also do research as part of their classes or their own projects. They study things like what tourists like to do, how hotels can improve, or how to protect the environment while promoting tourism. Sometimes, their research gets published too.
