Front Office Lab

The Front Office Lab, recognized for making a lasting impression on guests, is equipped with a reception desk, bell desk, lobby manager desk, and a spacious lobby. This is where students receive training on various aspects such as reservation procedures, guest welcoming and receiving, and check-out processes.




House Keeping Lab

The Housekeeping Lab is designed for students to learn room-cleaning procedures, while the other lab focuses on preparing for area cleaning activities, theme decorations, and stain removal demonstrations, among other things.




Food and Beverage Service

The institute features a training restaurant called "Training Restaurant & Mock Bar" with a seating capacity of 44. This restaurant serves à la carte meals prepared by the kitchen labs and Bakery & Confectionery department on a regular basis.




Food Production & Bakery

The institute is furnished with state-of-the-art kitchen gadgets and equipment.
