Dr Shabana Azami is an Associate Professor in Galgotias University, Greater Noida. She is spanning her career with education sector for more than 13 years. She was awarded with “ Rashtritrya Shiksha Ratna” . She has done a great research work in the field of management and published various National and International research papers, Authored Books, Book chapters and Patents, SCOPUS research Papers, Web of Science, MDP Journals papers, IEEE Conferences etc. Her Few of funded projects are in pipe line. She has participated into various National and International Conferences and FDP. As far as her educational qualification is concerned she has done M.com, MBA, M.Phil and awarded with doctorate degree.

She began her career as a lecturer of Management. Her research work include entrepreneurship and its relationship with the organizational environment. Her areas of interest include counseling of students and associated with different platforms for the development of students, Her subject interest is Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Ethics, Entrepreneurship, Finance and various general Management courses. Her aims to serve the education industry and provide a quality education to the students.
