The Hospitality & Tourism industry has been identified as one of the fastest-growing sectors in India, contributing significantly to the economy and serving as the country's largest source of foreign exchange earnings, revenue generation, and employment opportunities. However, despite the industry's remarkable growth, it continues to face a shortage of 30,000 trained manpower every year, as stated in the latest five-year plan document. This trend is projected to continue as international tourist arrivals are expected to grow by approximately three percent annually, resulting in an estimated 200 million jobs generated directly or indirectly by the industry by 2030, according to the World Travel and Tourism Council.

I stated my career with Crown Plaza Greater Noida and from there I moved to Maldives as Food and Beverage Service coordinator and soon will be moving to Scotland for another assignment.
