About the Programme

Biomedical Sciences is the branch of the science that deals with the study of biological sciences and medical sciences. B.Sc. (Hons) Biomedical Science is an undergraduate course in the specialty of science concerned with the investigation of the life and living life forms, including their conception, structure, work, development, advancement, dissemination, and scientific categorization. Pharmacology, Medicinal chemistry, Medical microbiology, and Physiology subjects are core subjects and backbone of biomedical sciences but biochemistry, molecular biology and immunology, bioinstrumentation are also necessary to fulfill the purpose of biomedical sciences.

NOTE: For selected 3 Year Undergraduate programs, you have the option to continue for 4th year to obtain an Honours with Research Degree.

Eligibility

XIIth with science with minimum 50% marks.

Students having CUET Score will be given preference in merit.

For Migration from Other Universities:

1) B.Sc (Hons/Hons with Research) Biomedical Science Ist yr. minimum 50% marks or 5.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale

2) XII with Science with minimum 50% marks.
