A Faculty Development Programme (FDP) was organized by the Web & Data Analytics Research Group of SCAT, Galgotias University on “FUTURE INSIGHTS: IPR in Academia” under NIPAM. The coordinators of the FDP were Ms. Shilpy Gupta, and Dr. Sudeshna Chakraborty and Prof. & Dean Dr. Vineeta Khemchandani was the convenor.
Ms. Anjali was the speaker. She is the Director and Co-Founder of IPRGENIE LLP, a Delhi based Intellectual Property Rights Consultancy & Advisory Firm and has over eight years of experience in the field of IPR with expertise in Patents, Designs, Trademarks and Copyrights.The main objective of the FDP was to make the participants aware with different types of Intellectual Properties, their filing procedures and fees. The speaker profile was briefly introduced initially in the FDP and then the session started. The speaker provided lots of information about IPR and its value in Academia. The webinar ended with the vote of thanks by Dr. Sudeshna Chakraborty and Dr. Vineeta Khemchandani. It was a fruitful session.
