Prof. (Dr.) Naresh Kumar Vats, presently working Dean School of Law at Galgotias University having 37 Years Teaching, Research and Administrative Experience in Higher Education at National and International level University and Colleges in the field of Law i.e. RGNUL, Punjab; MNLU, Nagpur; NLUJA, Assam (Guwahati); BGC Trust University Bangladesh; Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra; Institute of Law & Legal Research (formerly National Institute of Law), Faridabad and Central Government. Having worked as Professor of Law, Registrar; Vice-Chancellor (Officiating), Chairperson, Advisory Committee; Chairperson, Curriculum Development Committee; Director IQAC; Coordinator, Forensic Lab; Secretary-VC Search cum-Selection Committee at RGNUL; Chairperson-CGPLS, HoD Department of Law; Proctor; Head, Centre for IPR Studies, Controller of Examinations;Chief Warden Hostel;Chairman Department of Law, BGC Trust University Bangladesh-Chittagong.

Coordinator of International event WIPO-India Summer School 2017 and 2018 between WIPO- Geneva, RGNIIPM, Nagpur and MNLU, Nagpur.

Has been Chief Editor of Five volumes of renowned Law Journals; having been published 36 Research Papers in Renowned Law Journals and 25-Books. Presented more than 130 research papers at International and National platform, Conferences/Seminars and Workshops and Lectures. He has successfully supervised 80 LL.M. Dissertations, Ph.D. and Post-Doctoral Research (LL.D.) at various Universities.

Prof Vats is also a member of various Institutions Academic Council, Executive Council, General Council, Research Advisor Committee of various Institutions including life time member of Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and Bhagwan Parsuram Education Society, Kurukshetra.
