Dr. Snigdha Dash is currently working as Professor in School of Business. She has 19 years of teaching experience and has been associated with Galgotias University since 2016. She received her doctoral degree from University of Mysore. Her area of research includes leadership, organizational change, corporate social responsibility, organizational citizenship behaviour, technology adoption and women empowerment. In her role as a committed educator, Dr. Snigdha infuses her classes with a special energy that fuses theory with practical application. Her lectures have a profound impact on his students, motivating inquiry and thoughtful discussion. Many of her research papers are published in journals of repute that are indexed with SCOPUS and WOS.
