Dr. Sharma has vast experience for more than 15 year in field of academia and Practice, have published papers in journal of repute at national and international level. She has a keen interest in the field of Cotemporary socio legal issues. She has also been serving as Sate President, Delhi Legal Awareness Council, at Women Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industries (WICCI). She is presently working as Associate Professor of Law in Galgotias University.
