It is a great pleasure and honor for me to serve as the Director of Academics and Examinations of Galgotias University, Greater Noida.

The Galgotias University was established in 2011 to provide a significant position in the education and research of Science to Technology, Business to Finance, Liberal arts to Media, Paramedical to Medicine. Over a period of more than a decade, Galgotias University has emerged as a leading private university in education ecosphere.

Today, Galgotias University is placed to make key contributions to the advancement of technology resolutions and sustainability research and to help lead the way toward sustainable growth. The University is preparing the next generation of leaders who will carry this path forward in the years ahead.

As Director of Academics and Examinations, responsible for overseeing and managing all academic programs, Examination activities, and initiatives of the University. Crucial role in ensuring that the University provides high-quality education to its students and that its curriculum is in line with the latest industry trends and demands. I work closely with the Deans, faculty, staff, and students to create an environment that is supportive of learning and innovation and also oversee the development and implementation of new academic programs, courses, and initiatives and ensure that the University’s resources are being used efficiently and effectively. Further responsibility for ensuring that the University’s faculty is highly qualified, motivated, and committed to providing high-quality education.

Dr. Raghavendran Venugopal is a sensible artiste in academic industry with proven expertise of 21 years, in developing policies, assuring smooth implementation of policies, running of academic and examination operations efficiently. He always extended in hands for Academia, Research and Administration tasks within the Professional University premises, owning potential for distinctive achievement through strategy, innovation, implementation and control. He has served various senior level positions at ITM group of Intuitions, Alva’s Education Foundation, Visvesvaraya Technological University, Mangalore University, JSS Science & Technology University, MIT World Peace University, Bennett University, Adani University and currently serving as Director of Academics and Examinations Operations.

He obtained his B.E. in Industrial & Production Engineering, MBA in Production and Operations Management, M. Phil in Strategic Operations Management, MA in Managerial Economics and PhD in applying Total Quality Management in Education Management and University Administration to name a few. He adds value as external expert member of Academic Council (AC), Executive Council (EC), Board of Studies (BOS) Board of Examinations (BOE) and Planning Board with several other universities/institutes.
