Dr. Gaurav Shukla, Professor at School of Law Galgotias University, is an esteemed educator and a distinguished member of the global legal academic community. With a profound background in law, he holds a Ph.D. in Juridical Science (International Taxation) from Chanakya National Law University in Patna, India. In 2016 he was awarded a prestigious scholarship (Max Planck Scholarship) by the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance, Munich, Germany. He is also a visited scholar of the Vienna University of Economics, Vienna, Austria.

Dr. Shukla’s academic tenure includes prestigious positions across the jurisdiction. Before joining MIT-WPU in 2023, he imparted legal knowledge as a Lecturer at the University of South Pacific in Fiji and as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and other reputable institutions. His pedagogical contributions span a broad spectrum of law disciplines, with a particular focus on international taxation law, corporate law, and international trade law.
