Dr. Dilbag Singh

Assistant Professor

Dr. Dilbag Singh completed his PhD (Microbiology) from ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Pusa, New Delhi on research title “Refinement and characterization of fungal consortium for accelerated decomposition of paddy straw”. He skilled himself in Nanoparticles synthesis, Microscopy (Transmission Electron Microscopy, Surface Electron Microscopy), anaerobic digestion technology, biodegradation, PUSA decomposer production, sewage management treatment, bioremediation. DNA isolation, PCR, DNA barcoding, isolation of microbes, ethanol production and biofertilizer production. He has published various articles in reputed peer-reviewed journals and abstracts in national/international conferences during his academic years. He is lifetime member of various renowned societies a) The Association of Microbiologists of India (AMI), b) Indian Network for Soil Contamination Research: 2021-153 c) Agro Environmental Education and Farmer’s welfare society and also, he is Review Board Member of Acta Scientific Microbiology Journal.
