Dr. Devanshi Singh is currently working as Assistant Professor in School of Law. She has total experience of more than 1.4 years of teaching various disciplines of Law and has been associated with Galgotias University since August 2023. Prior joining Galgotias University, Dr. Singh was working as Assistant Professor of Law at S.S Khanna Girls Degree College, Prayagraj (A Constituent College of University of Allahabad). She did her B.A.LL.B. (Hons) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow and LL.M. in Constitutional and Criminal Law from National Law University, Delhi. In December 2022, she received ICSSR Full-Term Centrally-Administered Doctoral Fellowship for 2022-23. She has been awarded her Doctorate Degree in April 2023 for her thesis titled “Examining the applicability of the Concept of Creamy Layer in Reservations to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes ” from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow. Her areas of interest and specialization are Constitutional and Criminal Law.
