Dr. Bipul Biplav Mukherjee is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science, School of Liberal Education (SOLE). He has over 4 years of teaching and research experience in the fields of Political Thought, International Political Economy, and Russian and Central Asian politics. He advocates for the integration of multidisciplinary teaching approaches, as well as the deconstruction of complex concepts into simpler forms. As a researcher, he has actively participated in several conferences, seminars, and symposia at both national and international levels, and has authored articles on a wide range of topics related to international relations and political science.

- Ph.D. and M.Phil. -Russian and Central Asian Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) , New Delhi.
