Dr. Jha has presented Research papers in various international and national seminars such as the Indian society of Labour Economics, INDIAN SOCIAL SCIENCE CONGRESS held at sndt University Mumbai

,University of Allhabad and Bhartiya sodh Sansthan, national seminar organized by BHU ON Annual budget 2007 and many more. He also published 2 research papers in reputed journals.
