Work-life balance: Assisting women in striking a balance between their obligations to their families and their jobs, for example, by offering flexible work schedules and paid time off.
Representation and leadership: University guarantees that women are heard and represented at all levels, encourages gender diversity and inclusion in leadership roles, decision-making committees, and other organizational areas.
