This Memorandum of Understanding “MOU” is signed on 12th" day of February month of 2024 year.

By & Between

Galgotias University, having its registered campus at Plot No. 2, Sector 17-A, Yamuna Expressway, Distt.Gautam Buddh Nagar, UP —201308. (Hereinafter referred to as “GU”) 

And

One Stop Centre, (also known as “Sakhi One Stop Centre,'' Crisis Intervention Center for Women in Distress, registered under Ministry of Women and Child Development, Uttar Pradesh, India having its registered office at Plot No. B-11, Sector-62, NOIDA, Near DME College represented by its Authorized Signatory shall unless repugnant to the subject or context mean and include its successors and assignees of the FIRST PART.

GU and Sakhi One Stop Centre shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party” and interchangeably.
