Industrial Visit to Integral Biosciences Pvt. Ltd

Chemistry Division, School of Basic Sciences (SBS) organised Industrial Visit for Students of M.Sc. Chemistry sem II and B.Sc. Chemistry sem IV to Integral Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. The visit started with lecture by Dr. Dhananjay Pendharkar, Vice President- Research Operations who gave a presentation on various synthetic procedures and analytical tools used in their labs. The students then visited various labs where they got exposure of different techniques like NMR, HPLC, HRMS used in drug discovery. They also visited labs based on Cell culture and anticancer studies. Apart from experiments and demonstration, the students also interacted with the scientists working in varied areas of drug discovery.
