An expert talk on the topic of How to Meet Industry Expectations and Develop the Career Growth Strategies! Was organized virtually on 16 September 2023 for about 2 hours. The resource person of this talk was Mr. Ajay Sharma, CEO TPC Global organization. The session was organized by Department of Electrical, Electronics and Communication in online mode on the zoom meeting platform. There were total 82 participant attended the talk. Majorly the session was focused for our budding technocrats. The main content of the talk was related to career growth plan for the students. Mr Ajay Sharma covered every aspect of the present Industry requirements and expectations from the students. He explained our students about the planning strategies to meet out the current industry requirements. He had very well taken up all the queries from the participants. He guided students to make small targets to achieve big goals. They must have a positive attitude towards life. He shared to students that to remain competitive in today’s job market and realize career goals, it’s important to continue your pursuit to grow professionally.
